Rwandan Amethyst was only discovered in 2015. Rwanda is located in East Africa and offers up some of the most spectacular specimens of Amethyst anywhere in the world. Its intense Red-Violet color is unmatched and highly sought after in jewelry creations.

Measures just over 1" in length, 7/8" in width at its widest point, and 3/8" in depth. This Stoller Rwandan Amethyst Crystal Pendant was handcrafted in the USA. The pendant hangs from a durable satin rope with gold-colored clasps. This rope is intended for temporary use although it is very durable and attractive. Any type of chain can be used without damaging the crystal.
As with all of Lawrence's crystal-sculpted art pieces, this Amethyst crystal material was first discovered, then studied by him, then understood, then hand-sculpted and exquisitely polished. Lawrence has pioneered the art of sculpting spectacular mega-gems including several of the largest existing gemstone sculptures.
